Coffee Shop Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to the coffee shop team, including baristas and support staff.

Maintain a welcoming and efficient environment for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Coordinate with the management to ensure adequate staffing and proper scheduling to meet customer demand.

Oversee the preparation and presentation of various coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.

Train new baristas on beverage preparation techniques, customer service standards, and cafe procedures.

Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, supplies, and other items, placing orders as needed.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in all areas of the coffee shop.

Handle cash register operations and ensure accurate billing and accounting.

Collaborate with suppliers to source quality coffee beans, syrups, and other related products.

Implement and uphold Legacy Cafe's policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Assist in creating and updating the menu, suggesting new offerings to attract and retain customers.

Address any equipment maintenance needs and troubleshoot technical issues that may arise.

Maintain records of sales, expenses, and inventory, and provide regular reports to the management.

Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth among staff members.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to enhance the cafe's offerings and service.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in coffee preparation techniques and beverage customization.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve customer concerns tactfully.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Familiarity with hygiene and safety regulations in a cafe setting.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

**Salary**: AED1,400.00 - AED1,700.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fujairah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
