PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE:
- **Facility Maintenance Oversight**:Supervise and coordinate routine maintenance activities for all facilities under Emaar Entertainment. Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all areas, including entertainment venues, offices, and common spaces.
- **Vendor Management**:Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repairs. Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- **Preventive Maintenance Programs**:Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of equipment and facilities. Develop schedules and checklists for routine inspections and maintenance tasks.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- **Emergency Response Planning**:Develop and implement emergency response plans for facilities, including fire evacuation procedures and first aid protocols. Conduct regular drills to ensure staff readiness.
- **Budget Contribution**:Assist in the development and management of the facilities management budget. Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and contribute to budget planning.
- **Space Planning and Utilization**:Collaborate with relevant teams for effective space planning and utilization. Optimize the layout of facilities to enhance operational efficiency.
- **Sustainability Initiatives**:Implement and support sustainability initiatives within facilities, such as energy conservation and waste management programs.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and equipment inventory. Generate reports for management review and decision-making.
- **Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach. Provide guidance and support to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
- **Communication with Stakeholders**:Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including operations, security, and tenant services teams. Act as a liaison between the facilities department and other organizational units.
