**Responsibilities**:
Design Expertise
- Possess a strong portfolio demonstrating artistic skills and expertise in architecture.
- Thorough knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, and V-Ray.
- Proficient in detailing quantity estimation, creating quotations, and delivering presentations.
- Ability to think and create in three dimensions, displaying a strong imagination.
- Visual awareness and meticulous attention to detail.

Project Management and Communication
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Prepare design concepts, mood boards, 3D renderings, and presentations for projects.
- Draft detailed drawings for Dubai Municipality, EMAAR, NAKHEEL, TRAKEES, and other property developers.
- Coordinate with clients, gain necessary approvals, and handle all project-related communications.
- Coordinate and manage project execution, ensuring adherence to approved designs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including as-built drawings and handover files.
- Participate in design and material selection activities, contributing to presentations.
- Prepare price quotations for projects.

Technical Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in AutoCAD for the preparation of landscaping, interior, and carpentry design works.
- Prepare detailed drawings for approval from different authorities, including Dubai Municipality and clients.
- Ability to create Bills of Quantity (BOQ) when required.
- Coordinate materials and costing as needed.
- Conduct site surveys and measurements, as well as provide site supervision when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Member of the Society of Engineers (SOE).
- Accreditation from the Dubai Municipality (DM) is an advantage.
- 3-5 years of proven working experience as an architect in the UAE.
- Previous experience in a Pool, Landscape, Interior, or Contracting Company.
- Possession of a UAE driving license.

- Can Gain approvals in **Dubai Municipality, EMAAR, NAKHEEL, TRAKEES** and all property developers.
- Can meet client and communicate well.
- Communication and project management skills.
- Can draft details for Municipality Drawing and Project.

**KPI’s**
- Going for site survey and site measurement, communicating with client, preparation of design concept, mood boards, 3D rendering and presentation for projects.
- Preparation of Landscaping, interior & carpentry design works in AutoCAD, with detailed drawings for approval from different Authorities, DM, and client.
- All execution detailed drawings in AutoCAD.
- BOQ Making.
- Material Coordination / costing when required.
- Project Coordination & Management.
- Making of as built drawings at the end of the project and making of hand over file.
- Participate in any design, material selections and related activities to make presentations
- Preparation of price quotation.
- Site supervision for designs given when required.
