Act as a single point of contact regarding all Primavera P6 Enterprise Software matters.
- Act as a single point of contact to other departments regarding P6 interface / integration matters.
- Advise the Programmed Manager on best use of coding / user access / templates / reports.
- Advise the Programmed Manager on best use of the P6 Dashboard and viewing Programmed / Portfolio data.
- Liaise with all Planners to ensure that agreed best practice is being implemented.
- Manage all P6 web administration.
- Develop and maintain Programmed / Portfolio reports.
- Perform maintenance and issue resolution tasks in order to ensure performance continuity of the Primavera System.
- Review and analyze schedules in accordance with programmed governance procedures.
- Review and analyze cost and resource loading data in accordance with programmed governance procedures.
- Participate in management meetings.
- Communicate clear and concise data to the programmed team.
