**Role Description**

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrable experience as a Tik Tok Influencer or social media influencer
- Excellent Tik Tok video creation skills, with the ability to create engaging and entertaining content
- An in-depth understanding of the Tik Tok platform, its algorithm, and latest trends
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- An understanding of social media marketing and how influencer marketing fits within that context
- Experience in analyzing and reporting on performance metrics, using tools such as Google Analytics and Tik Tok Analytics
- Fluent in English, with excellent writing and editing skills
- A passion for e-commerce and promoting great products
- Flexibility and strong time management skills to manage competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
