**ob Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the entire plastic manufacturing department, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.
- Manage and optimize the use of Sacmi machines, Huski injection molding, and other specialized equipment.
- Develop and implement strategies for the production of Cups and Carbonated Soft Drinks.
- Lead the team in utilizing Taiwanese plastic wraps and Shrink Wrap techniques effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to source high-quality raw materials, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
- Continuously analyze production processes for improvement opportunities.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the manufacturing team.
- Coordinate with other departments to align the plastic manufacturing goals with the overall company objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, and forecasting for the department.
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the plastic manufacturing business, with a strong focus on Sacmi machines, Cups, and Carbonated Soft Drinks production.
- Proven hands-on experience with Taiwanese plastic wraps, Shrink Wrap, and Huski injection molding machines.
- Strong technical acumen and managerial capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of raw materials used in plastic manufacturing and established connections with suppliers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
**Salary**: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
