Accountant/financial Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Forecast future financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and collections.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and external auditors.
- Evaluate and implement process improvements to streamline financial reporting and improve accuracy.
- Manage financial reporting processes and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Able to perform Administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a finance and accounting role, with a focus on financial forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
