**Job Title**: Badminton Coach

**About Us**:
Prosportsuae Academy is a leading provider of high-quality sports programs for children and adults in the UAE. We are passionate about fostering a love for sports and developing young athletes. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Badminton Coach to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and effective badminton training sessions for a range of ages and skill levels.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate training programs, focusing on fundamental skills, tactics, and game play.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Motivate and inspire students to improve their skills and achieve their goals.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during training sessions.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and communicate effectively with parents.
- Contribute to the overall development and growth of the badminton program.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in coaching badminton, preferably with youth or adult players.
- Strong understanding of badminton techniques, tactics, and rules.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Passionate about coaching and developing young athletes.
- Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., BWF, UK Coaching) preferred.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
