The Garment Made-to-Measure Production Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the production of garments to meet customer orders accurately and efficiently. This role involves overseeing the entire production process while ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.

A Garment Made-to-Measure Production Coordinator Planning and Control plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the production of custom-made garments, ensuring that they are manufactured to the specifications of individual customers. This role involves managing various aspects of production planning and control to meet customer orders efficiently and maintain high-quality standards. Here's a detailed job description for this position:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production Planning**:

- Collaborate with Ordering team and product development teams to understand customer orders and garment specifications, tech pack.
- Follow production plans, MTM and schedules based on order requirements, fabric and other trims accessories availability and production capacity.
- Allocate resources, including fabric, trims accessories, barcode, to meet production targets.
- Ensure planning coordination with Embroidery department for right and updated Embroidery

**Order Management**:

- Receive and review customer MTM orders, ensuring all necessary measurements and customization details are accurate.
- Maintain a database of Shops orders and production progress.
- Communicate with Shops regarding order status, delivery dates, and any special requirements.

**Quality Control**:

- Establish and maintain quality control standards for MTM and Order garments.
- Monitor the production process to ensure garments meet the specified measurements and quality expectations.
- Implement corrective actions when quality issues arise.

**Inventory Management**:

- Coordinate with the procurement team, stores to ensure the availability of fabrics, trims, and accessories for production.
- Manage and control the inventory of raw materials and finished garments.
- Dispatch the garments with drivers coordination with proper documentations.
- Maintain proper records of Orders and Dispatch.

**Workforce Coordination**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, including tailors, cutters, and Embroidery team.
- Planning the dispatch in such a way that drivers schedule is adhered.

**Cost Control**:

- Monitor production costs and work to optimize resource utilization and reduce wastage. Timely Delivery and Drivers usages
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in the production process.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of production data, including order details, materials usage,
- Generate regular reports on daily production, pending and tentative delivery planning, ensuring quality, and adherence to schedules.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in fashion design, têxtile engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in garment production and coordination, especially in made-to-measure or custom clothing.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction techniques and quality control standards.
- Proficiency in using production planning and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
