**Position: Oracle HCM Payroll Technical Consultant**

**Location: Dubai**

**Period: Full Time**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the design, development, testing, and support of technical tasks in Oracle Cloud
- Technical Tasks include BI Publisher Reports/Integrations, Approval Workflows, Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts
- Prepare and deliver technical workshops and engage with business Stakeholders in requirements gathering and business mapping
- Carry out unit testing on code and develop test plans to verify the logic of new or modified code.
- Create appropriate documentation such as requirements, detailed analysis, technical documentation, or user guides
- Working with HR team in the development of new projects
- Participation in the development of proof of concepts
- Collaborate with Oracle Support to provide solutions as functional and technical bugs are encountered
- Enable and guide local team members to deliver project results in quality, time, and budget
- International collaboration and daily alignment with colleagues around the globe

**Experience**:

- 5+ years of practical experience in Oracle HCM project implementation as a technical consultant
- Completed at least 3 full HCM Oracle Cloud project implementations.
- Strong knowledge on
- VBCS - Visual Builder Cloud Service.
- OIC - Oracle Integration Cloud.
- PCS - Oracle Process Cloud Service.
- BIP - Business Integration Publisher
- Extensive Knowledge of underlying database structure for HCM Oracle Cloud
- Excellent Oracle technical skills with the ability to build complex Oracle components using PL/SQL and SQL
- Extensively worked on BI Publisher reports, Migration, and Workflow components
- Excellent Communication skills (written and oral) with good attention to detail in English
- Strong leadership skills and a dedication to achieving business outcomes and project deadlines
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience working with an onshore/offshore delivery model
- Touchpoints with Agile Project Management methods (e.g. SCRUM)
- Strong communication and team working skills
