**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly as they enter the establishment and seat them at their tables.
- Take orders from customers for food and beverages, accurately recording their preferences and special requests.
- Provide recommendations on menu items, specials, and beverages, and answer any questions or concerns customers may have.
- **Order Management**:

- Relay orders to the kitchen or bar staff promptly and ensure that all orders are prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Monitor the progress of orders and communicate with kitchen or bar staff as needed to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Double-check orders for accuracy before serving them to customers and address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- **Table Maintenance**:

- Ensure that tables are clean, set up correctly, and well-presented before seating customers.
- Clear tables of dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly after customers finish their meals, and reset tables for the next guests.
- Attend to customers needs throughout their dining experience, such as refilling drinks, providing additional condiments, or addressing any special requests.
- **Payment Processing**:

- Present bills to customers accurately and efficiently, process payments, and return change promptly.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions securely and follow established procedures for cash handling and reconciliation.
- **Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with other restaurant staff members, including servers, kitchen staff, and managers, to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
- Assist colleagues with tasks as needed, such as bussing tables, restocking supplies, and cleaning common areas.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service to customers.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, menu items, and basic hygiene standards.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
