Monitor the health and well-being of dairy cattle, including identifying signs of illness or distress.
- Administer basic treatments or medications as directed by a veterinarian or farm manager.
- Assist in calving and care for newborn calves.
- Prepare and distribute feed and water according to the farm's nutrition plan. Ensure feed quality and proper storage of feed supplies.
- Clean and maintain animal housing and milking areas to ensure hygiene and prevent disease. Maintain equipment, tools, and machinery used for livestock care.
- Assist with the milking process, ensuring proper procedures are followed to maintain milk quality. Monitor milk yield and record data accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of animal health, treatments, feeding schedules, and production data. Report observations and issues to the farm manager promptly.
- Assist in breeding programs, including artificial insemination and heat detection. Record breeding data and monitor pregnancy progress.
- Adhere to all farm policies, safety regulations, and animal welfare standards. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
