**Job Summary**

Highly determined and enthusiastic junior pastry chef is required to join our growing team Responsible for pastry preparation following modern and french recipes. Pastry section experience is required with a minimum of 3 years.

**Skills & Responsibilities**
- Proven experience as a French and Modern Pastry Chef.
- Knowledge of various baking procedures and method.
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.
- Monitor stocks for baking ingredients and check quality of material and devices used for cooking.
- Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards.
- In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, baking techniques and nutrition.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to Commute:
