**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Data Warehouse Development:

- Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse solutions on Microsoft Fabric to support business intelligence and reporting requirements.
- Implement efficient ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.
- Optimize data warehouse performance and ensure data integrity and reliability.

Data Modeling:

- Develop and maintain dimensional and relational data models to facilitate efficient data retrieval and analysis.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data models.

Power BI Development:

- Create interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Implement advanced features of Power BI, such as DAX expressions, custom visuals, and data-driven alerts.
- Collaborate with end-users to gather feedback and refine dashboards to meet evolving business needs.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decision-making.
- Perform query optimization and tuning to improve the performance of data retrieval processes.
- Implement data quality and consistency checks to ensure the accuracy of reports and analyses.

Documentation and Training:

- Document data warehouse design, data flows, and data models for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Provide training and support to end-users on accessing and interpreting reports and dashboards.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data warehousing, business intelligence, and visualization technologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data-related processes.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data warehousing, ETL development, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in SQL programming and experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (dimensional modeling, star schema).
- Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes using tools like SSIS, Informatica, or Talend.
- Expertise in developing interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, including DAX expressions and data visualization best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Certification in Microsoft Power BI or related technologies.
- Experience with cloud-based data warehousing platforms (e.g., Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Amazon Redshift).
- Experience with data governance and data security best practices.
