**Your Role**:
As a Draughtsman you'll be instrumental in:

- Translating architectural designs into accurate technical drawings and plans using industry-leading software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Collaborating closely with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet regulatory standards and client specifications.
- Utilizing your expertise in AutoCAD and SketchUp to produce high-quality drawings and documentation.
- Assisting in the creation of construction plans, elevations, and other technical drawings for a variety of residential and commercial projects.
- Maintaining meticulous documentation throughout the design process and managing drawing archives efficiently.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with a proven track record of using these tools in architectural drafting and technical drawings.
- Possess a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of architectural principles and design standards.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience in architectural drafting or a related field.
