As a **psychiatrist** on our platform, you will have the unique opportunity to receivepatients every day for a month until you fill your slots with monthly committed patients With us you can have from 20 to 30 patients, Each patient is committed to a minimum of 4 to 8 sessions per month, allowing you to build meaningful and ongoing therapeutic relationships That works and provide positive results to patient.

**Your Role**:

- Conduct a free initial online therapy session for the first patient 5 per day are recommended (optional)
- Fill your schedule with monthly committed patients, with each patient committing to a minimum of 4 to 8 sessions per month.
- Work with patients matched to you according to your expertise and their needs.
- Develop long-term relationships with your patients to support their ongoing well-being.

**Small Therapist Team, Big Impact**:
Our **psychiatrist** teams are deliberately kept small to maximize your chances of filling your schedule with committed patients. You will have between 20 to 30 patients booking sessions with you throughout the month, ensuring a manageable workload and meaningful connections.

**Payment and Benefits**:

- Weekly payment structure.
- Receive a +50to 75% percentage on the amount paid for each session by the patient.
- Paid therapy sessions vary from $20 to $160.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
