Our menu features a fusion of international flavors, accompanied by an extensive selection of craft cocktails, fine wines, and premium spirits. We are currently seeking an experienced Bartender/Mixologist with a strong portfolio to join our talented team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and craft a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, classic drinks, wines, and beers.
- Engage with guests to provide outstanding customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Showcase creativity and expertise by developing unique and innovative cocktail recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Take precise orders and process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends, new ingredients, and mixology techniques.
- Provide recommendations to guests, upselling additional food and beverage items to enhance their experience.
- Adhere strictly to liquor laws and regulations, including verifying IDs and refusing service when necessary.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bartender/Mixologist in a high-volume, upscale establishment.
- Proven track record of creating exceptional cocktails and beverage offerings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including spirits, wines, and craft beers.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, presentation skills, and an ability to craft unique flavor profiles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Thorough understanding of local liquor laws and regulations.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
