**Job Purpose**:
The HR Manager is responsible for employment policies and procedures, overseeing payroll and rewards and recognition programs as well as managing workplace safety initiatives.

Along with administering employee-benefit programs, the HR Manager role involves finding, screening, recruiting new job applicants and developing training and development programs for all employees.

**Salary**:
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

**Key Responsibility Areas**:

- Identify, design and expand training and development programs, through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers, all according to organization needs, aims and objectives.
- Implement strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent management, selection, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention.
- Evaluate organizational performance, assess colleague’s skills, identify the strengths and weaknesses, to ensure that training is built to meet operation needs and improving productivity.
- Create individual and group training curriculum to facilitate strategic training, resolve any particular problems and to address specific business needs and expectations by implementing effective and purposeful training methods.
- Develop strategies for performance evaluation, training, development and appraisal to support and guide the human factor in the company.
- Ensure that the organization develops a high-performing, mission-driven culture by strategically evaluating colleague’s morale and addressing organizational matters while providing HR solutions and increasing organizational effectiveness and health through planned interventions in the processes.
- Develop and administer HR plans and procedures (Employee Rule book) that relate to company personnel.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
- Investigate employee relations issues and work to ensure human resources-related decisions are consistent and fair.
- Plan, organize and control activities and actions of the HR department and contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Oversee all staff engagement for the country office and manage the new hire orientation and exit process.
- Annually review the Personnel Handbook recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labor.
- Time Clocking for office, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy, and filing.
- Payroll and Budget, Coordinate with Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly Payroll.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the corporate office.

- Be a self-motivator and someone who is ready to challenge in the interest of continuous improvement.
- Strong team management, communication and listening skills, must be a People’s Person
- Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent emotional intelligence with Critical observation and Collaboration skills
- Tech Savvy and Digital skills including HR management & payroll software’s and Hiring trend insight.
- Arabic and English language speaking skills.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM.
- CIPD/CHRM qualifications would be advantageous.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 8-10 years of HR management experience preferred with at least 3-5 years of experience in Media industry.
- Must have experience in budget and goal preparation, people management, labor law, contract negotiation, and program development.

**Salary**: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

- CHRP/CHRM/CIPD (required)
