IT Manager

A Facilities Management Company, is looking to hire an IT Engineer for their Al Ain Office.

▪ Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical issues using best practice analyst techniques and business process management tools.

▪ Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks under strict deadlines.

▪ Capable of writing detailed solution specifications, diagrams, best practices and standards documentation, technical designs, operating procedures, test plans/test reports, etc Essential:
▪ The IT Engineer should be an experienced IT professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management positions. He/she must be fully conversant with all the systems mentioned above and current with the latest developments and technology.

▪ They must have experience managing other technical staff to ensure that tasks are carried out effectively. Desired:
▪ Previous experience in Facilities Management or Educational Facilities is preferred.

The IT Engineer will report to the Service Delivery Lead and be responsible for the IT systems, Network, Security, Governance and the delivery of IT services. Duties will include providing day-to-day management of the IT department and providing effective and strategic planning of software integration to suit the business needs. The IT Engineer will support the Service Delivery Lead in the financial management of the IT Department, including budget forecasting and profit and loss. Creating and Delivering the IT Roadmap

Contract length: 60 months

**Salary**: AED17,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
