Procurement Incharge for Glazing

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Incharge to join our team in Ras Al Kaimah, UAE.
The Procurement Incharge will play a critical role in managing the procurement process, building strong supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely availability of materials while maintaining cost-efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and project requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for **Glazing & Facade,** hardware, and related materials.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure favorable terms for the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, designers, and engineers to understand material needs and project timelines.
- Forecast procurement needs and maintain optimal inventory levels to support ongoing projects.
- Monitor supplier performance, address any issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and new materials to drive innovation and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the **Glazing & Facade materials industry.**:

- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting supplier relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools for data analysis and inventory management.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of **Glazing & Facade** and related materials is a plus.

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- as Procurement Incharge: 5 years (required)
- Procurement of Glazing & Facade materials: 3 years (required)
- Procurement of any other Building Materials: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
