**KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY**:
- Basic Knowledge of Stock maintaining, monitoring and controlling.
- Coordinating with Purchase &sales team about inward and dispatch.
- Knowledge in weigh scale handling.
- Developing Yard operations and process.
- Knowledge of Wastage and metal recycling process.
- Experience required in Hot metal and lifting work.
- Excellent knowledge of non-ferrous smelting and refining processes
- Quality procedures include quality manual, procedure for the control of documents, procedure for the control of records, procedure for the performance of internal audits, procedure for the control of nonconformity, and procedure for the for integrating and controlling corrective action and preventive action.
- Nonferrous melting knowledge, XRF & Spectrometer operation handling.
- Provide HSE training and information on how to carry out work processes safely.
- Maintaining all machine and equipment’s as per SOP to avoid any issues.
- Provide Equipment handling training to all operators about forklift, excavator, Hydraulic Briquetting and Granulation plant
- Preparing Production and processing chart.
- Negotiation skills with all yard relative expenses and controlling all yard related costs.
- Basic knowledge of preparing diagram, Yard layout, Fabrication & Construction, counting estimation etc.
- Basic knowledge in logistics and Shipping procedure.
Skills required:
- Excellent project management skills required.
- should be very good at project costing, valuation, budgeting and other commercial aspects of project.
- Assessing and analyzing departmental budgets to find ways to optimize profitability.
- Manage budgets and forecasts.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor of engineering Mechanical/ Metallurgy.
- 5years Non ferrous melting experience required.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Scrap yard operations and metal melting industry.
- Can speak hindi and English well.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
