**Position Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and results-driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be responsible for ensuring that every customer at our **FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE (FEC) **receives a positive and memorable experience. The CSR plays a crucial role in enhancing experience for customer/guests and maintaining the reputation of the centre as well. You will be the frontline ambassador of our FEC, interacting with guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed and valued.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Guest Experience**:

- Greet guests warmly upon entry, making them feel welcomed and valued.
- Provide detailed information about the entertainment options, packages, promotions, and other offerings.
- Assist guests in making informed choices based on their preferences and requirements.
- Respond to any inquiries, concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner, always seeking to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.

**Bookings & Reservations**:

- Handle booking requests for parties, events, or special programs.
- Manager reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and preventing overbooking.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of booked events.

**Ticketing & Payments**:

- Process ticket sales, ensuring accurate handling of cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain and balance the cash drawer, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
- Offer upsells or additional services when appropriate.

**Safety & Cleanliness**:

- Ensure that all public areas of the centre remain clean and presentable at all times.
- Report any safety concerns or potential hazards to the appropriate department.
- Familiarize oneself with emergency procedures to assist guests in the event of an evacuation or other emergencies.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings, providing feedback and suggestions for improving experience.
- Support team members during peak times or as required.

**Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated on the latest offerings, promotions, and events at the centre,
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience of CSR in FEC business
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking/reservation system
- Ability to handle stressful situations and challenging customers with patience and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as the entertainment centre's operations may require.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- May need to lift or move items up to 20 pounds occasionally

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
