Draftsman and Project Planner

The company Grupo Casais intends to strengthen its team with the hiring of an Draftsman and Project Planner for Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
**Mission**:
Ensure the effective and efficient planning, coordination and control of the production processes in the Casais Group, guaranteeing the satisfaction of the internal / external customer by meeting deadlines, current legislation, quality and safety standards and at the lowest possible cost, through proper allocation of resources financial, human, technical and material resources. And acting according to the Group's ethics and Casais values.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Creating technical drawings as per the specifications and calculations provided;
- Using CAD software and modeling tools, like BIM, to create rough sketches as well as detailed drawings;
- Collect, organize and analyze the necessary documentation for the start and development of the work, supporting the Direction of Work;
- Carry out and distribute the drawings to the different fronts of the work, ensuring their understanding, providing technical support and clarifying any doubts;
- Carry out the registration, upload and monitoring of data in the respective computer systems, according to the requests of the hierarchical superior;
- Monitor the evolution of the work, verifying compliance with the technical specifications and making the necessary revisions, making available the design elements requested by the different areas;
- Ensure the monitoring, recording and management of the staff hours base;
- Support and logístical and administrative assistance to the employees of the work.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
Work experience: 3 -5 years
Fluent English
You should be able to create technical drawings and drafts as per the specifications and building requirements (be familiar with CAD software and 3D modeling tools, like BIM).
