Registered Nurse

**Type of work**: Full-time, night shift

**Start date**: ASAP

**Location**:Remote (permanent work from home)

**Client**: US healthcare company

**Hours**:5 days a week, EST

**Salary range**: TBD - generally equal to or higher than market rates

**Tools required**: Computer, noise cancellation headset, second monitor, stable internet, and backup internet connection

**Objective**: To conduct a patient assessment, education, creating care plans, counseling, and triage over Zoom video call or other forms of interactive media.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Utilize care protocols, standards, and guidelines in arriving at decisions.
- Evaluates the appropriateness of referrals and provide feedback to physicians.
- Store and effectively organize records of clinical details and documents.
- Collaborate with the clinical review team in other service lines may be required;
- Identify and report quality of care concerns appropriately.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must possess a valid and active USRN license (willing to be endorsed to USRN NY, we are willing to pay for the endorsement).
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred.
- Diploma/ Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Must have a high-speed internet connection.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have an outgoing and team-oriented personality.
- Strong critical thinking and customer service skills.

Pay: AED55,000.00 - AED60,000.00 per month
