Qualifications:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role in GCC Countries.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects successfully from start to finish.
- **Skills**:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work on-site and in an office setting.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to oversee and inspect all phases of construction.
Work Environment:
- The Construction Manager will primarily work on construction sites and may also spend time in an office environment.
- The role may require extended hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on project demands.
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
