Warehouse Manager job description: Job duties and responsibilities
- 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role. Experience in fashion retail would be an added advantage.
- Monitor and improve warehouse efficiency in receiving inbound/outbound.
- Detailed understanding of warehouse operations & everyday functioning.
- Analyze shipment logs.
- Must have experience in managing a team of 20-25 team members.
- Review timeliness of scheduled deliveries.
- Track inventory levels
- Order new supplies in a timely manner.
- Constantly work to improve processes.
- Make suggestions for productivity improvements.
- Optimize employee workflow.
- Determine and track most important warehouse KPIs
- Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
- Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.
- Track expenses related to fuel, storage, and delivery vehicles maintenance.
- Commercial Driver’s License
- Ability to work in flexible shifts.
- Ability to manage inventory.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or relevant fields.
- Experience working on ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Navision/ D365/ AX)
- Accommodation: Provided by the company.
