JEE/NEET Program Manager:
JEE/NEET Program Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the institute's JEE/NEET training programs. The role will include:

- Designing and developing JEE/NEET training programs that meet the needs of students and are aligned with the latest exam patterns and syllabus.
- Hiring and training faculty members who will teach in the JEE/NEET training programs and ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary resources to teach effectively.
- Creating and managing budgets for JEE/NEET training programs, including expenses related to faculty salaries, course materials, and equipment.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the institute's JEE/NEET training programs, and to attract and retain students.
- Collaborating with other departments within the institute, such as admissions and student services, to ensure that the JEE/NEET training programs are integrated into the overall institute's offerings.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of JEE/NEET training programs and making adjustments as necessary to ensure that they are meeting the needs of students.
- Providing guidance and support to students who are preparing for the JEE/NEET exams and helping them to overcome any challenges they may face during the preparation process.

**Sales and marketing responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with the institute's sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to attract new students, and to retain existing students.
- Identifying opportunities to expand the institute's reach, such as by partnering with schools or other educational institutions and developing strategies to capitalise on these opportunities.
- Developing and implementing lead generation strategies to increase the institute's enrolment in JEE/NEET training programs.
- Analysing and interpreting market trends, student needs, and competitive offerings to develop marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Tracking and reporting on marketing and sales performance and using this data to make informed decisions about future marketing and sales strategies.

Should have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the JEE/NEET exam patterns and syllabus with sales and marketing responsibilities should have strong marketing and sales skills. Should also be able to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including faculty members, students, parents, and sales teams. Additionally, should be able to identify and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies that can help the institute to achieve its enrolment goals.

**The qualification requirements for JEE/NEET Program Manager**:

- Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s or master’s degree or Business Administration can also be considered.
- Relevant Experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing JEE/NEET training programs or similar educational programs. Experience in sales and marketing may also be beneficial.
- **Strong Leadership Skills**:The ability to lead and manage a team of faculty members, sales representatives, and other staff members involved in the JEE/NEET training programs.
- **Deep Understanding of JEE/NEET Exam Patterns and Syllabus**: The ability to understand the latest exam patterns and syllabus for JEE/NEET exams, and to design and develop training programs that align with them.
- **Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:The ability to communicate effectively with students, faculty members, sales representatives, and other stakeholders involved in JEE/NEET training programs.
- **Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**:The ability to analyse data and identify trends to make informed decisions about JEE/NEET training programs and marketing strategies. The ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly and effectively.
- **Sales and Marketing Skills**:The ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, work with sales representatives to execute sales strategies, and generate leads for JEE/NEET training programs.
- **Organisational and Time Management Skills**:The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, and to stay organised and focused in a fast-paced environment.
