▶ excellent knowledge about menu planning for nursery’s children and primary &secondary students
▶Through knowledge with Diets
▶verify active diets orders
▶Inspect food, supplies.
▶Evaluate staff performance and recommendations
▶prepare time sheet and perform other administrative tasks.
▶Maintain dietary standards
▶diet training to team
▶coordinate with production team to ensure diet food prepared as per standard
▶educate client to provide in Depth understanding of key features
▶prior experience with SHIRE audits
▶Do food tasting and maintaining documentation
▶evaluates patients nutritional needs
▶provide diets counseling
▶supervision on preparation of diets & school foods
▶computing and recording reports
▶Monitor tray lines
▶Designing therapeutic diets menus
