**Key Responsibilities**:
- Taking into account customer preferences and food trends.
- Cost Management: Manage food inventory, control costs, and minimize waste through effective ordering, portion control, and ingredient utilization.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all filipino dishes meet the standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Health & Safety: Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, ensuring the kitchen complies with health regulations.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best quality ingredients at optimal prices.
- Innovation: Continuously seek ways to improve the menu, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
