IT Support

We are looking for IT support person to maintain the computer networks of organization, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. IT Support monitors and maintains the **company computer systems**, **installs, and configures hardware and software**, and solves technical issues as they arise.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Putting all kinds of data in the system (general information of clients and contracts etc).
- Coordinate with Customer Service department to prepare meeting schedules for the full week.
- Possibly training junior staff.
- Any other task assigned by the Senior Management has to be accepted.

**REQUIREMENTS and SKILLS**:
1. 1-2 years previous work experience in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Should be able to communicate and write ARABIC.
3. Excellent knowledge of Internet and networking + Hardware and Software.
4. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs.
5. Time management and organization skills.
6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
7. Bachelor's in any related discipline.

**Location**:
Fujairah UAE

**Salary**: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
