We are looking for a HR Assistant to prepare, manage and file documents for our employees. Responsibilities include typing an offers, archiving files and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience reviewing employment documents along with the ability to spot errors. Preparing document data with all necessary conditions.
Ultimately, you’ll support our procedures maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents.
**Responsibilities**
- Answering questions from employees.
- Health insurance preparing for the employees. Medical of employees.
- Communicate with labors and solve all problems.
- Follow up employees Emirates ID Cards, Medicals, Visa.
- Providing advice and guidance on several HR issues.
- Providing administrative support on core HR processes.
- Answering telephone calls relating to HR issues.
- Tasheel services & Tawjeeh services.
- Prepare Database of employees in HR Software.
- Answering questions about employee salary and benefits.
- Explaining work instructions and duties to new employees.
- Developing welcome packs for new employees.
- Document controller.
- Passport Controlling.
- Ordering stationary that will be used in the HR department.
- Efficiently managing a team of drivers and vehicles.
- Photocopies, scanning and filing.
- Keeps and updates soft & hard copies of all employee passports, employment cards, and Emirates ID.
- Conducting ongoing quality inspections.
**Requirements and skills**
- Location: currently living in UAE
- Fluent Hindi and English
- More than 2 years of experience in administrative work in Contractor company
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
- Familiarity with project management
- Basic knowledge of labor and corporate law
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
- Proficient typing and editing skills
- Data organization skills
- Attention to detail
**Conditions**:

- Working day Mon-Fri from 07:00 to 16:00.
