We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Masseuse to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Masseuse, you will be responsible for providing professional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, aromatherapy massage, and reflexology.
- Assess client needs and preferences to customize massage sessions and address specific concerns or areas of tension.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the massage room and treatment area, including sanitizing equipment and changing linens between clients.
- Educate clients about the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate treatments or techniques based on their individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client consultations, treatment plans, and session notes.
- Adhere to professional ethics and confidentiality standards in all interactions with clients.
- Stay informed about current trends, techniques, and developments in the field of massage therapy.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals, such as chiropractors, physiotherapists, and holistic practitioners, as needed.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to massage therapy services.
- Promote massage therapy services and products to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Certification or licensure as a Massage Therapist from a recognized institution or governing body.
- Proven experience as a Masseuse or Massage Therapist in a spa, wellness center, or similar setting.
- Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques and modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform massage techniques for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage contraindications.
- Familiarity with sanitation and hygiene standards for massage therapy equipment and facilities.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE.
