**What is the role of a Instructional Designer?**

The individual in this role will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing online courses and educational materials.
This position involves conducting needs assessments, implementing best practices in instructional design, and utilizing feedback to continuously improve course quality.
By staying updated on digital learning trends, the Instructional Designer will ensure that all materials foster an effective and dynamic learning environment.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Broad based L&D experience of 3-5 years with at least 1-2 years in an instructional design role in a globally reputed organization known for its state of art digital learning capability.
- Experience of full production life cycles of a digital learning course from design to evaluation is a must.
- At least 1 year of experience developing eLearning modules as an instructional designer
- Experience with Articulate 360 a plus and/or Experience with Adobe Captivate, or other popular development tools preferred
- Experience with user interface design added advantage
- Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Cloud experience preferred
- Flash, illustration, and animation skills a plus
- Solid knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design standards, and training media and methodologies required.
- Arabic Speaker is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time
