**Job description**

**3D Graphic / Interior Designer**

**Can join immediately (Cancelled Visa or Visit Visa) - No notice period**

**Job responsibility**:

- Produce high-quality atmospheric visualisations for residential projects
- Rendering in 3D Studio Max and post-production in Photoshop
- Supporting architectural teams to produce visualisations for presentation illustrations
- Produce outstanding 2D illustrations for competition and client presentations
- Photography
- Photographing physical 3D models for use in producing 2D visualisations

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in 3D Studio Max, Autocad, Photoshop and VRay/Corona is essential
- Knowledge of Revit / Enscape / 3D Microstation desirable, but not essential
- Ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings, models and concepts
- Good Communication skills
- Describing their own work clearly and effectively both in-house and externally
- Listening effectively, to understand what is required, asking questions where relevant
- Responding fully, accurately and in a timely fashion
- Make simple but effective presentations in-house as required
- Proactive, confident and engaged.
- Responding quickly, effectively and with good grace to direction from their seniors.
- Working as an effective member of a team.

- Be able to undertake a diverse range of tasks, involving different people and different activities, whilst prioritising their own work and achieving fixed deadlines.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, accuracy confidence and pride in their work.

- Be flexible to meet the needs of the practice and its work.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a creative environment; preferably with a graduate level qualification or equivalent
- A portfolio of high quality graphical work produced in a professional environment Experience within an architectural practice and advantage, but not essential
- An interest in art/architecture and an understanding of design principles is critical. Experience of photography, illustration or hand drawing is beneficial, but not essential. Experience of creating imagery with a pictorial sensibility is beneficial, but not essential. Demonstrate a keen eye for detail.
