**Graphic Designer**

Our social media Graphic Designer plays an important role in achieving key objectives in line with the annual marketing and PR plan, current initiatives, and relevant activities. You will help us in producing high-quality design projects and will be required to deliver on special tasks for the completion of projects and create unique ideas to improve projects. Your contribution will add value to the team and the end product/service, directly impacting our brand reputation.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for the results of the marketing plan and activities used by the business to increase brand awareness, communicate promotions to all relevant target markets and address business needs.
- Produce thoughtful and innovative work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Thinking creatively and producing new ideas in creative concepts.
- Interpret master concepts and develop design deliverables in line with it.
- Present finalized design concepts in a professional manner visually.
- Adaptation of existing artwork to ensure the visual look and feel is consistent.
- Update of menus and design adaptations to meet the needs of the business.
- Develop and maintain a marketing artwork archive for all artwork files.
- Work within agreed standards and guidelines for all brand communications to ensure consistency and level of quality and objectives are achieved.
- As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing and producing creative assets across marketing channels.
- You will partner closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure all marketing channels deliver high-quality work that speaks to our brand and drives customer engagement.
- Ability to work under pressure.

**Qualification**:

- 3+ years' experience in creative marketing (design, art, digital) in Food & Beverage industry
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Art, Design, Marketing, or related field
- Portfolio of creative leading to brand and/or business successes
- Previous experience of working in a marketing and PR role for any industry, experience in Food & Beverage is advantage
- Ability to drive innovation and brand distinction while executing creative work within scope, time, and budget restraints.
- Expertise in holistic digital engagement across all channels, platforms, and devices - especially mobile.
- 3D software knowledge and content creation for social media accounts experience is a plus
- Expert level experience in working MS Office, Adobe: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and any kind of design programs.
