**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Qualify leads, address client queries, and provide detailed property information to guide clients through the decision-making process.
- **Sales Conversion**: Use your sales skills to convert leads into closed deals, ensuring a smooth and successful process from inquiry to contract.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends, property availability, and pricing, to provide clients with accurate and current information.
- **CRM Management**: Effectively use CRM software to log leads, track sales, follow up on client communications, and manage the sales pipeline.
- **Property Presentations**: Conduct virtual or in-person property viewings for clients, and provide all necessary documentation to support the sales process.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining professionalism and excellent client service.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to the sales manager on lead progress, market conditions, and client feedback.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in **real estate telesales** or a related sales field.
- **Language Proficiency**:Fluent in English** (mandatory). **Arabic** language skills are a plus.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of converting leads into successful sales.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related tools.
- **Market Knowledge**: Familiarity with the UAE real estate market, including **off-plan** and **secondary properties**, is highly desirable.
- **Self-Motivated**: Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts and tasks efficiently.
