**Job Overview**

The Energy Efficiency Auditor will be responsible for conducting energy audits, analyzing energy consumption data, identifying opportunities for energy efficiency improvements, recommending energy conservation measures (ECMs), preparing the energy cost savings analysis for each ECM, preparing the financial analysis for each ECM such as investment, ROI, payback. The auditor will also be responsible to prepare the energy audit reports, the energy efficiency tender proposals. The role requires a strong understanding of energy systems, HVAC systems, BMS, building technologies, and energy conservation strategies.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- 5-7 years experience as an auditor.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in conducting energy audits and implementing energy efficiency measures.
- Knowledge of energy codes, regulations, and sustainability principles.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

**Preferred Skills and Certifications**
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) credentials is compulsory.
- Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret energy data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in energy audit software, energy modeling tools.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive energy audits for commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.
- Analyze energy consumption data and identify areas for energy savings.
- Evaluate building systems, including HVAC, lighting, insulation, and appliances, to assess energy efficiency.
- Develop detailed energy audit reports outlining findings, energy conservation measures (ECMs), and potential energy cost savings and financial analysis including investment, ROI and payback for each energy conservation measures.
- Collaborate with clients to prioritize energy-saving measures based on financial and environmental impact.
- Provide technical expertise and support to implementation teams during energy efficiency projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to energy efficiency.
- Communicate and present audit results and recommendations effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and safety guidelines.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
