**Job brief**:
You would be responsible for efficiently managing all aspects of the payroll process within the organization. This includes ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in compliance with relevant laws and company policies. The payroll executive plays a crucial role in maintaining payroll records, addressing employee inquiries, and collaborating with various departments to guarantee seamless payroll operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Payroll Processing**:Execute end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculation of salaries, benefits, and deductions.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Generate and distribute pay statements, reports, and other relevant documentation.
**Data Management**:Maintain and update employee records, ensuring the accuracy of personal information, tax details, and other relevant data.
Stay informed about changes in tax laws and labor regulations that may impact payroll processes.
**Compliance**:Keep abreast of legal and regulatory requirements related to payroll and ensure the organization's compliance.
Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to regulatory bodies as required.
**Benefits Administration**:Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary deductions.
Collaborate with the HR department to address employee inquiries regarding benefits and deductions.
**Problem Resolution**:Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll, taxes, and benefits.
**Recordkeeping**:Maintain accurate and organized payroll records for auditing purposes.
Prepare and maintain reports related to payroll activities.
**Communication**:Communicate payroll-related information to employees, including changes in policies, procedures, and deadlines.
Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and finance, to ensure alignment on payroll-related matters.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same role in Dubai in a restaurant.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
- overall payroll processing (Dubai): 3 years (required)
- payroll processing for restaurants: 2 years (preferred)
