Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Pre and Post Tender)

Job Location: Dubai and Ras al Khaimah, UAE

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and evaluating project cost estimates
- Preparing monthly progress payment with the supportive documents
- Evaluating the sub-contractors payments
- Conducting cost analysis and preparing cost reports
- Analyzing project data and identifying areas for cost savings
- Conducting site inspections and progress meetings
- Developing and implementing cost management strategies
- Reviewing and negotiating project contracts

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in quantity surveying
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of pre and post tender work
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with construction contracts and local regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
