We are seeking a skilled and passionate hairstylist to join our team at Trim & Co.. As a hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing professional hair care services to our valued clients, ensuring they receive personalized and exceptional salon experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a wide range of hair care services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments, based on client preferences and requests.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyles, discussing options, and making recommendations when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends, techniques, and products in the hairstyling industry.
- Perform hair and scalp analysis to assess the condition and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment effectively, including scissors, clippers, curling irons, and hairdryers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and salon areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Upsell salon products and services to clients, promoting additional treatments, retail products, or styling services.
- Stay informed about and adhere to health and safety regulations and practices.

**Requirements**:

- Valid hairstylist license or certification from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience as a hairstylist, preferably in a salon or similar environment.
- Proficient in a variety of hairstyling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling.
- In-depth knowledge of hair care products, trends, and industry practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Exceptional creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to translate client requests into stylish and suitable hairstyles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility with work hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client appointments.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a genuine passion for hairstyling.
