As an Odoo Programmer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Odoo ERP modules to meet business needs. You will work closely with the business analysis team to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and customize the Odoo framework and its modules.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and customize Odoo modules and integrate with third-party systems.
- Analyze business requirements and transform them into technical solutions within the Odoo ecosystem.
- Debug, test, and upgrade existing Odoo modules.
- Ensure optimal performance and usability of Odoo modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve existing processes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo-related issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Odoo development, with strong knowledge of Python.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, Viper, and Odoo frameworks.
- Ability to customize Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).
- Understanding of Odoo's backend and frontend components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Odoo deployment and hosting is a plus.
- Good communication skills.
