We are looking for hardworking, reliable Yard Laborers to join our team and help support our formwork and scaffolding operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Loading and unloading formwork and scaffolding materials
- Inspecting, cleaning, and organizing scaffolding and formwork components
- Assisting with inventory control and maintaining yard organization
- Operating forklifts and other equipment as required
- Preparing equipment for delivery to construction sites
- Ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assisting in repairs and maintenance of equipment

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience with scaffolding or formwork materials is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting
- Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to be certified)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills and teamwork-oriented
- Commitment to safety and compliance with company policies
