**Croissant Baker** is responsible to manages all day-to-day operations of the croissants section of our bakery. The job consists of making **croissants, viennoiseries, pastries**, and mixing dough every day, shaping, sheeting proofing and baking for our retail distribution.
- **Ensure** the use of fresh, quality ingredients, and manage inventory to minimize waste and maintain cost control.
- **Focus** on good presentation, paying attention to the visual finish of all pastry items.
- **Uphold** food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- **Disciplined** with proper handling and storage of kitchen and baking equipment
- Salary + Accommodation + Visa will be provided by the Company

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: AED1,500.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
