Successfully leads and manages programme activities through the complete programme life cycle from requirements and planning to rollout and measurement. This includes: programme definition, project scheduling, budgeting and forecasting, resource planning, contracting, risk and issue management, impact measurement and reporting

Evangelises programmes and associated initiatives, internally and externally, to develop an awareness of and participation in the programmes.
