The Hostel Accountant is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the hostel. He will work closely with assistant manager finance to ensure financial accuracy and compliance, and manage all financial transactions and reporting. Additionally, they will provide financial guidance and support to the hostel team.

**Job Purpose & Responsibilities**
The Hostel Accountant is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the hostel. He will work closely with assistant manager finance to ensure financial accuracy and compliance, and manage all financial transactions and reporting. Additionally, they will provide financial guidance and support to the hostel team.
**Minimum Qualification and Education**
Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance or Finance
Desirable: ACCA or CPA or CMA
**Required Knowledge and Skills**
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work to deadline
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
**Work Experience**
Minimum 5 Years’ experience in a large organization preferably but not mandatorily in education sector.
**Language proficiency required**
Advanced proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English.
