**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, as a Junior Producer for TODA. You will be responsible for supporting the producers and their team of creatives in generating ideas, planning, communicating with artists, and managing the space during production. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences and engaging the audience in a new type of art.

**Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**: Coordinate with team members to ensure that the projects run smoothly and within the timelines. Work closely with senior producers to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and meet established timelines. Assist Senior Producer on regular basis to produce artistic performance and wellness events from scratch. Ensure that final delivery meets high standards and aligns with project objectives.

**Internal and External Communication**: Facilitate communication between team members, departments, and external partners. Keep members of the team informed of the progress and any potential issues. Drive communication and collaboration between artists and TODA. Identify potential challenges or obstacles and work toward finding effective solutions with the production team, take proactive measures to prevent delays or setbacks.

**Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate task management board. Perform various administrative tasks to support the production process. Research market for items that production team requires, make sure resources are efficiently used.

**Qualifications**
- Completed or in the process of completing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Arts, Media, Communications or Marketing. Alternatively, practical experience in a relevant field may be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work across diverse project types, with multiple producers and creative teams.
- A self-starter with an eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, working independently and efficiently.
- A high level of attention to detail and sensitivity to brand aesthetics.
- Team-oriented and a positive attitude with a flexible, can-do approach to work.
- Ability to work flexible hours due to nature of the business.
