Bara Fitness is seeking a passionate and experienced CrossFit Female Coach to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. As a CrossFit Female Coach, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality training sessions, motivating our members, and fostering a supportive and inclusive fitness environment. You will work closely with individuals of various fitness levels, guiding them to achieve their fitness goals through CrossFit training methodologies.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead CrossFit Classes: Conduct engaging and effective CrossFit classes for groups of varying fitness levels, providing proper instruction, demonstrating techniques, and ensuring safety.

2. Program Design: Develop innovative and challenging CrossFit training programs that align with the goals and abilities of our members, incorporating functional movements, strength training, conditioning, and mobility exercises.

3. Personal Training: Provide personalized one-on-one coaching sessions to members seeking individualized attention or specific training programs to help them reach their fitness targets.

4. Technique and Form Correction: Observe and correct members' exercise techniques and forms to ensure safety, prevent injuries, and optimize performance.

5. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of CrossFit equipment, ensuring its proper functioning and safety at all times.

6. Assessments and Progress Tracking: Conduct periodic fitness assessments, track members' progress, and provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.

7. Continuing Education: Stay updated with the latest developments in CrossFit training methodologies, fitness trends, and coaching techniques through attending workshops, seminars, and continuing education programs.

Qualifications:
1. CrossFit Certification: Hold a valid CrossFit Level 1 (or higher) certification.

2. Coaching Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of coaching experience in CrossFit or functional fitness.

3. Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills to effectively connect with and motivate members.

4. First Aid and CPR Certification: Hold a valid First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
