**Supervision and Leadership**:
**Engine Assembly supervisor**

The Engine Assembly Supervisor will oversee the assembly process of engines, ensuring high-quality standards, safety compliance, and efficient operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of engine assembly technicians.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues.

**Assembly Operations**:

- Oversee the day-to-day assembly of engines, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor and adjust assembly processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Ensure that all assembly tasks are completed in accordance with engineering specifications and safety regulations.

**Quality Control**:

- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that all assembled engines meet required specifications and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any quality issues that arise during the assembly process.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of assembled engines.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure that all assembly operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement among the team.
- Address and report any safety hazards or incidents promptly.

**Inventory and Maintenance**:

- Monitor inventory levels of assembly components and ensure timely reordering of materials.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure that assembly equipment is properly maintained and serviced.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, including production metrics and quality control data.
- Prepare and present regular reports on assembly performance to management.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance assembly efficiency and product quality.

**Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in engine assembly or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of engine assembly processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in using assembly tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
