Temporary Receptionist

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Warmly greet clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of Osborne Engineering LLC
- Prepare OSC and JAFZA gate pass for clients, visitors and suppliers and to keep a record of gate pass issued
- Oversee the reception area, maintain a clean and inviting space, and manage office supplies
- Manage office and pantry supplies, purchasing and ensure that the stocks are well maintained to cater the needs. Raise RFQ in Odoo if and when necessary.
- Schedule meetings, manage conference room availability, and provide logístical support.
- Assist with various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Freight inward, clearing & forwarding; Shipment outward, documentation management.
- Uphold the company's standard of service excellence in all interactions and communications
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.
**Essential requirements**:
- Any Nationality
- Receptionist / administration experience in a customer facing capacity.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
- Word processing skills and familiarity with relevant software packages.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective at working as part of a team and independently

**Employment**:
This temporary role offers a pathway to permanent employment based on assessment of performance during the contract period.

**Salary**: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
