Public Relations Officer (PRO) - Dubai Government Liaison

Key Responsibilities:
1. Government Liaison:

- Act as the primary point of contact for the company with government authorities.
- Ensure timely and efficient processing of permits, licenses, and documentation.

2. Visa and Immigration Services:

- Manage all aspects of visa and immigration processes for employees.
- Ensure compliance with UAE's labor laws and regulations.

3. Compliance:

- Stay abreast of the latest laws, regulations, and government policies in Dubai and the UAE.
- Ensure the company's adherence to all legal requirements.

4. Public Relations:

- Develop and implement effective PR strategies to promote the company's brand.
- Maintain a positive public image through media relations, press releases, and event planning.

5. Stakeholder Relations:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, media outlets, industry associations, and community organizations.

6. Crisis Management:

- Be prepared to handle and mitigate any public relations crises.
- Ensure mínimal damage to the company's reputation during challenging situations.

7. Documentation and Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications, permits, licenses, and other documentation related to government and PR activities.

8. Internal Communication:

- Facilitate internal communication to keep all employees informed about company policies, government regulations, and employment-related updates.

9. Budget Management:

- Manage the budget allocated for PR activities and government-related expenses.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with financial guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer in Dubai or the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's regulatory framework and government processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages is preferred.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations.
- Proficiency in using PR and communication tools and software.
